2. Lost Key Performers
As a smart streamline operator Carol lost some key performers during her tenure which became a key factor for her step down. One among them was the SVP and deputy general counsel Belinda Johnson who had played a big role in defeating a copyright infringement suit BMG had brought against yahoo.
Next is Yahoo?s top ad sales executive Joanne Bradford, VP of U.S. revenue and market development, who?s departure had a definite blow to the CEO?s turn around efforts.
This became a major drawback in the performance of yahoo in reaching millions.
