3. Late Execution on her Ideas
The efforts of Bartz to make yahoo a top online force did not quite materialize when she lost out big with Microsoft and Hulu. In her tenure, she was much accomplished on streamline management and nothing much. Carol Bartz had given herself a B-minus in her first year as chief executive officer of Yahoo.
She failed to boost revenue and reviving the companies share price that made her to back up in reaching goals soon.
