6. Reinvent the service side of the business
Apple Store's Genius Bar has given new meaning to experience servicing. Automakers should take a cue from Apple on how to re model the service side and ensure that taking one's car to the service department is rewarding enough to garner repeat business. Provide clean and comfy waiting areas with big-screen TVs, coffee bars and kids play areas, this will provide an enjoyable experience to our consumers. Also do take a note of AppleCare program. Owners will develop a habit of bringing their cars back to the dealership for service, thus building a strong customer seller relationship.
