It's a service that lets people rent out their homes and become a sort of mini-hotel. But one of the customers accused the company of sacking her home. But as the company backed out shedding off all the responsibilities, the customer used the social network to get her revenge. The blogs written by her bounded the company to apologize for their mistakes publically. Making the mistake of getting defensive and starting a visible argument online is extremely damaging and in fact very often draws people over to the conversation as your bad press spreads virally. Being too defensive can create blunders making public relation worsen up.
