Activating an account on Facebook, Twitter or You tube is too easy, but the question is does it give an organization the control in the market that they expect. Companies should not exclusively rely on these social sites. Companies seeking help from social media should have a center on their principal website where users can come across links or feeds to blogs, Flickr photo galleries and other third-party Web sites and it will also give users a single go-to URL. But most of the companies commit the common mistake of getting their staff members to set a page for the company with their personal details. So logically it is not the company that owns the right of the page. That should be avoided.
