Paul Stevens Otellini is an American businessman and former president and CEO of Intel. He is also on the board of directors of Google. His Joined Intel in 1974 and served as Vice President in the early years till he became the CEO of Intel. Otellini played a vital role in convincing Apple Inc. in the Apple–Intel transition. In 2007, Otellini as a means to strengthen Intel, announced plans to build a $3 billion semiconductor manufacturing plant in the port city of Dalian, China.
