indian startups acquired in jan 2012, leadformix, callidus cloudFor $9 million, LeadFormix was acquired by CallidusCloud to take their products to North America. CallidusCloud, California-based sales and cloud SaaS computing company, was looking for marketing automation where as LeadFormix, that provides multi-tenant SaaS solution, was looking for the best in the technology in the marketing automation space. LeadFormix was co-founded by Srihari Kumar, Shreesha Ramdas and Sushil Jha in 2008.
