Madhubala not just dropped her surname, she in fact changed her name from Mumtaz Jahan Begum Dehlavi. She is considered one of the most beautiful actresses on silver screen, her lopsided smile was enough to melt the hearts of her audience.

This beautiful actress was born on the day of love, 14^th February 1933. She smiled her way into the audiences’ heart with memorable movies like Mahal, Mr & Mrs 55, Chalti Ka Naam Gaadi and Mughal E Azam.

Probably all of us will remember her as the beautiful dancer in the song Aaiye Meherbann from Howarh Bridge in which she sang and danced her way into our hearts!

Sadhana

Full Name: Sadhana Shivdasani

Sadhana who reigned from 1960s to 1970 was born to Sindhi parents and she was Sadhana Shivdasani. She was also tagged as the Mystery Girl as she worked in three suspense thrillers; Woh Kaun Thi?, Mera Saaya and Anita.

She also became a fashion icon for all the young girls and her “Sadhana Cut” became famous.  It was sadhana who introduced the fringe hairstyle to the Indian Film Industry. She supported this style in her movie Love in Shimla.

Many teenagers during the 60s and 70s would go to parlors and request from a Sadhana Cut! In fact the cut is still famous with today’s generation as well.
