It starts with having a detailed and accurate Job description when one sets out to hire, having a rigorous hiring process and a process to track development of a resource once he/she is on boarded". He also added to the panel saying that "Given the generational differences, HR needs to be ready to cater to the young as well as relatively older population of employees using differentiated strategies" Shashank also said "Identify the target population carefully ; one cannot expect to realize the potential of all the employees and if that be the case then you need to decide who you wish to retain and invest in from a potential realization standpoint and then go focused in developing & compensating them. Create an environment of learning"
