Somalia, a country located in the Horn of Africa, includes itself in the list of human rights violated nation. This is mainly because of widespread lack of law, ineffective government, terrorism, insurgency, crime, and well-publicized pirate attacks against foreign vessels. This is one such country in the world which has been torn by conflict for over 4 decades since its independence. This war-torn state has resulted in enormous casualties and abuses of civilians, perpetrated by the conflicts.

4. Pakistan:

In Pakistan, human rights violations exists in the form of political crises where the military, courts and elected government clashes over range of issues, including corruption investigations. The security personnel even today continues to act with impunity and are the top violators of human rights including arbitrary arrests, enforced disappearances, torture, deaths in custody and extrajudicial executions by targeting political activists, journalists, and suspected members of armed groups.

3. The Democratic Republic Of Congo:

The Democratic Republic of the Congo experiences one of the poorest forms of the human rights. The country witnesses numerous serious abuses like unlawful killings, disappearances, torture, rape, and arbitrary arrest and detention by security forces increased every year. The government does not pay any heed to punish violators. To worsen the condition, security forces continued to recruit and retain child soldiers and also compel adults and children to forced labor. Particularly during the election campaign, freedom of the press is totally suppressed.
