PubMatic Acquired ReviNet

PubMatic acquired ReviNet, PubMatic, ReviNet, California-based PubMatic founded in October 2006 by Amar Goel, the provider of premium online publishers acquired ReviNet, that helped premium online publishers maximize revenue from unsold ad inventory, on May 2011. With the acquisition, PubMatic infused in the 57 premium publishers to benefit the industry-leading technology. The team is used by PubMatic to achieve its hiring goals of doubling in 2011. With the acquisition, ReviNet is also enabled to use PubMatic’s technologies like Real-Time Bidding, Brand Control products and audience targeting products.
