Komli Media Acquired ZestADZS

Komli Acquried Zestadz, startup acquisitons, Komli, ZestADZ,Co-Founded in 2006 by Amar Goel and Akshay Garg, Komli Media that is an online ad network acquired a mobile advertising platform ZestADZ, a part of mobile-worx. ZestADZ was founded in 2007 by Asif Ali, Nat D Natraj and Terry Uppal and offers analytics tools to advertisers and publishers to measure campaign efficiency. The acquisition enabled Komli to offer digital solutions on the mobile platform along with the existing offerings for agencies, advertisers and publishers with solutions across display, video, search and social media.
