Mercedes-Benz B Class Sports Tourer which came with a petrol variant in September 2012 will now make its presence in Indian streets in a diesel variant.

B Class Sports Tourer is considered as an adventurous sports car for people that the flexibility of a multi-utility vehicle and dynamic performance of a sports utility vehicle.

The car provides a mileage of 14.81 km a litre and is equipped with a turbocharged four-cylinder 1.8 litre engine. As such it is considered as the most fuel efficient cars.

The car is complimented with a panoramic sunroof, a sports package and aggressive body styling, dual exhaust, perforated disc brakes, Bi Xenons and special alloy wheels which are seen for the first time in a car of this type in India. It is mainly targeted in the 28-30 age groups who love adventure sports.

The B Class Sports Tourer diesel variant to be launch soon will indeed bring relief to the masses of India over petrol prices.
