New York: Oscar-winner Kevin Costner has reportedly signed up to star in Quentin Tarantino''s ''Django Unchained'' alongside Leonardo DiCaprio. The director is said to have cast the 56-year-old actor for the role of Ace Woody, a sadistic trainer of slaves who pits fighters against one another in the cowboy movie, reported Huffington Post. The film tells the story of slave-turned-bounty hunter Django (Jamie Foxx), who takes on villains Ace and Calvin Candie (Leonardo DiCaprio), the owners of a Mississippi club and ranch, after being freed by German bounty hunter ''Dr King Schultz'', Christoph Waltz, while Jackson will take up the role of ''Calvin''s'' head slave ''Stephen''. Costner is due to start filming ''Man of Steel'' - a reboot of the ''Superman'' film series in Vancouver, Canada, and Chicago in the next few weeks. He will play Clark Kent''s adoptive father Jonathan Kent in the movie, which also stars Henry Cavill as the ''Man of Steel'' and his alter-ego Clark, Amy Adams as Lois Lane and Michael Shannon as villain General Zod.
