Presently the Urban Kitchen, run by the duo is said to serve more than 3000 plates everyday day and manages to gain an annual profit of 3 crore   

That seems to have worked because in less than three years, they have become the in-house catering partners of many large corporate in Gurgaon offering a range of services that include breakfast, lunch, dinner, late-night snacks, corporate events and tuck shops. Today, The Urban Kitchen serves 3,000 meals a day and has managed to reach an annual turnover of Rs 3 crore.

The eatery launched its new retail product ‘Curry in a Hurry’, a ready to eat Indian thali. 

Zao Foods

Zao Foods Private Limited is a health food chain started by Mitali Kalra. Her Mediterranean cafe, Crostini, offers various food dishes which are said to be healthy. The eatery was started with an investment of Rs 14 lakh and a small outlet at Greater Kailash, Delhi.
