The meeting should not shift from its focal point. It should be designed in such a manner that the employees stick to the content. The person who runs the whiteboard should push the group to help each other rephrase or best describe any idea that is currently being discussed. They should not tend to lose interest in the meeting. Everybody in the room should get along with the goal by adding as many ideas as possible.
