Los Angeles: Singer Chris Brown has launched his own entertainment application so that he can share music and other aspects of his life with his fans.

Brown, 24, hopes that the 'Chris Brown Channel App' will help him connect with his fans "in a more immediate, intimate and interactive way". The app will be available on the App Store for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch.

"I am so excited to get closer to my fans - to bring them into my world, hearing from me directly, in my own words wherever I am, whenever they want. Through my channel app they can be part of my music, my art and my life, day in and day out," femalefirst.co.uk quoted him as saying.

The new innovation can help fans choose which song Brown performs first at a concert, through the polls.
