Never give up easily

It’s the age between 25-35 when women with bare their first child and tremendous workload and working hard both at home and office, but not performing well makes them quit as it’s the easiest option. It’s the case even if their child is not performing well in schools, but Karnad of HDFC says, “don’t take a decision right away”.

Experienced and successful women says, this situation is only for a time being, that is at the initial stage. One can overcome the situation by taking to the employer and share the responsibilities but one should sure of what she wants. As soon as this stage’s over, the home responsibilities decreases and one can easily focus upon the job demand. Vinita Bali, the Managing Director of Britannia says, “I think this gender thing is a bit over played. Ultimately, it is competence, skills, attitude and ability to lead that matter”.

Luniya’s work demanded a lot of travelling. She shares her own experience by admitting that she never thought of quitting as an option. She says, “There is no giving up one for the other. You need both for your personal fulfillment”.
