The worst fact is that skin cancer has been mostly diagnosed in young people. It simply proves that people are not taking proper precautions to prevent this deadliest disease. Use Sunscreen: As usual, you may have heard it a thousand times that you should wear sunscreen whenever you go out. Sunscreen cannot prevent skin cancer but it can limit the chances. You should use a sunscreen especially if you spend most of the time outdoors. Sunscreen with SPF- 30 is advised by experts. Avoid Midday Outdoors: A few severe sunburns can increase the risk of getting skin cancer. Try to avoid going outdoors from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sun's rays are at its peak during this time and it can cause more damage to skin.
