You might be a perfectionist in your work place, but don't let that avatar to impact the brainstorming session. The jumbled ideas might be put into place later, but don't interrupt people in between to correct them on their grammar or criticize them by comparing them with others who have the properly edited ideas. So, encourage people to give their ideas, without scaring them off with language or sentence formation.
