Behaviors to Avoid during a Brainstorming Session

There are times, when you will like to go back to a past scenario, and look at ideas that flopped, so as to avoid making the same mistakes. But what is the surety that the mistake might not be a mistake anymore? What if it might be a perfect fit for the current scenario? People should learn from their mistakes, but not that it limits your ability to invent in the future. So stop doing a post-mortem on what happened then, and how to avoid the same thing--it just limits your thinking. Also, avoid comparing people or passing judgment on people just because their ideas sound funny and weird.
