Bangalore: A Microsoft Spokesperson has told Seattle Post Intelligencer that third-party service provider is blamed for the problems in the Windows Phone 7 and not the OS totally. Microsoft had earlier received complaints from users that the device is utilizing high cellular data, though they haven't used much of the internet allowances provided to them by their service provider. The spokesperson has told that only a minimum percentage of users have been affected by the problem. He also asserted the point that the company has figured out the cause of the problem and has assured that there is no need for another software update and is resolving the issues by helping blamed third party in fixing it. The root causes of the other problems are also being taken into consideration according to the spokesman. There are many stories that have surfaced regarding the Windows Phone 7 that users have run over a bandwidth of 50GB in a day which is actually a very huge data. But, Microsoft cannot give such an excuse as Windows Phone 7 doesn't support any other apps created by a third-party, other than its own. But no solution has yet been pronounced.
