US firm opens another BPO centre at Gurgaon

GURGAON: Trinity Business Process Management Pvt Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of US-based Trinity Partners Inc, Tuesday opened a second business process outsourcing (BPO) facility in this IT boomtown in Haryana. The move comes within 14 months of Trinity setting up operations in Gurgaon. The new facility would house over 300 seats at full utilisation. "We have experienced exponential growth and momentum over the last year," said Arvind Srivastava, managing director of Trinity Business Process Management Pvt Ltd., in a statement. "The new facility will enable Trinity to further enhance its business and take advantage of the highly qualified work force, infrastructure and enhanced global connectivity. We will be expanding even further in 2005 to meet the demands of our clients," said Srivastava.
