Bangalore: IT firm Subex today said that it has bagged a contract from a telecom service provider in Peru, South America to deploy software, which will help the company to reduce cost and optimise revenue.

The company would deploy the ROC Fraud Management solution across their mobile operations, Subex said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.

However, the company did not disclose the financial details of the contract.

"This is yet another important customer win for us in South America. The customer has seen exponential growth in their total subscriber base and investing in a robust fraud management solution was critical to their business growth," Subex chief operating officer, Sudeesh Yezhuvath said.
