QlikTech, Sybase partners for BI solution

Hyderabad: The business intelligence market brings QlikTech, a business intelligence solution vendor, and Sybase, a software company together for providing easy-to-use analytics solution. As said by Dan Lahl, Director of Product Marketing, “Business intelligence is no longer just the domain of trained information professionals, but rather used every day by employees at all levels.” The solution as per planned will enable user-driven dashboards, ad-hoc analysis and reporting. According to Anthony Deighton, Senior Vice President of marketing, QlikTech, “QlikView and Sybase IQ complement each other perfectly." QlikTech has approximately 9,050 customers in 86 countries and more than 500 partners worldwide. QlikTech was founded in Lund, Sweden and is headquartered in Radnor, PA (USA) with direct operations throughout Europe and the Americas. Founded in Barkeley, California, makes a number of data management products including Sybase IQ, a data warehouse system, Powerbuilder a client-server and n-tier application development system, m-Business Server, a mobile applications system based on the AvantGo service, and Replication Server, a vendor-neutral data movement system.
