Nagaraj Bhargava appointed new CEO of SpectraSoft Tech

Bangalore: SpectraSoft Technologies, a business solutions provider for process industries, has appointed Nagaraj Bhargava as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Bhargava brings with him a track record of running businesses coupled with strong industry knowledge and expertise in the business solutions domain. Speaking on his appointment, Bhargava said, "I am delighted to be part of SpectraSoft, a highly regarded business solution specialist. This role gives me a great opportunity to leverage on my experience into making SpectraSoft as an industry leader in the markets that we serve. I look forward to being part of this highly motivated team as we pursue excellence in our delivery and development capabilities globally." He will be responsible for providing the vision and leadership to grow the company's business across multiple revenue streams, expand the company's geographical spread and increase market share. Prior to joining SpectraSoft, Bhargava was part of the Leadership Team at SAP India for 8 years. At SAP, he handled multiple responsibilities including Business operations, Marketing, Alliances, Channels and Strategy. He joined Synaptris as the Chief Operating Officer, after leaving SAP. Bhargava is an alumnus of R.V. College of Engineering, Bangalore. His other interests include poetry, Indian classical music and naturopathy. He has also won the IT People Marketing Professional 2008 award.
