NIIT to increase FII investment limit to 49%

MUMBAI: IT education major NIIT Technologies Ltd said it will increase the limit of investment by Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIS) in equity shares of the company by up to 49 percent.

The Reserve Bank has allowed the investment of FIIs in the equity shares up to 49 percent of the paid up equity share capital of the company, NIIT informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
