Kshema was recently in the news for broadbasing its board to induct two independent directors into the company. The company wishes to include on its board a majority of outside directors to ensure a good governance model.

Kris Nair, executive vice president, Sales and Marketing said, "Innovation is a key differentiator in today's marketplace. It drives business growth and paves the way for the next generation of technology and business solutions.
