Jodie Foster to star in 'Elysium'

London: Actress Jodie Foster has been roped in to star in a sci-fi movie "Elysium".

The "Panic Room" star joins the starcast of Matt Damon and Sharlto Copley in the film directed by Neill Blomkamp of "District 9" fame. However, the storyline has been kept under wraps, reports

Foster will also be seen in "The Beaver", alongside Mel Gibson. The film is about a man who begins talking to a hand puppet and will shoot Roman Polanski-movie "God of Carnage". The film also stars Kate Winslet, Christoph Waltz and John C. Reilly in 2011.
