Indian shipbuilder delivers vessel to UAE firm

Mumbai: Gujarat-based ABG Shipyard Ltd has delivered a new supply vessel, called Lamnalco Mallard, to the Lamnalco Group based in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), the company said Wednesday.

The Lamnalco Mallard is the third vessel to be delivered to Lamnalco in this financial year, ABG told the Bombay Stock Exchange.

The company has so far delivered eight vessels, including the present one, to the Lamnalco Group. It is building another 6 vessels for the group.

Lamnalco Mallard will provide round-the-clock critical logistics and storage support to offshore oil and gas fields.

Lamnalco Group of companies is a consortium of Alireza Group, Royal Boskalis Westminister Group and Anglo-Dutch Group of Companies.
