IIM-A students to start helpline on corruption
Ahmedabad: At a time when the country is being rocked by a number of scams, some students of Indian Institute of Management-Ahmedabad have decided to launch a helpline on corruption to curb the menace.

A group of six IIM-A students proposed the idea of starting the helpline to former President A P J Abdul Kalam and IIM-A professor Anil Gupta, which was appreciated by them.

"When the students mooted the idea of starting a corruption helpline, I thought that the idea was excellent in present context when the situation in the country is such that common people think that their work cannot be done without giving bribes," Gupta said.

The country was recently rocked by 2G spectrum scam, Commonwealth Games scam and Adarsh society scam which have brought the issue of corruption in focus.

2: Hi All,
This is with reference the IIM-A posted helpline which is not more useful untill unless you get more security support,Media Support etc. However, since "all most all politicians are they can Built Bridges where there is know river" so have proper channel to deal with Politicians which is highly risky profile and with whom they deal, those who have got connections with Goondas,Under world don's local Rowdies. However, they buy local rowdies,Goondas with Money for Voting so Be Aware of that.

If you can open an website dedicating for the same. Let this grow with interested people and contribute with their capacity,
Website should contain enrolment for interested parties, forum to share the issues for those victimized by corruption and guidelines to them to come out and preventing measures, donation option , flushing out the corruption in the society and many more. if this group can include academics, police officer, senior political leaders and infect all people from different back ground of society.

good idea. let the site be a free for all. if there is substance in any posting it will snowball into a scam. if the lead is false it will die out. so no need to moderate. simply provide the facility to post stories by anyone.

Guys no doubt that you have done a great job.
I am not getting how will you curb the fraud. Media broadcast scams everyday but no loss has been recovered.
Please consider to educate the people to not to give bribe.
If they give they will nurture those rascals.
I appreciate your effort.
