Bangalore: Internet is the one of the biggest technological evolutions mankind has ever had, which surely seems to have stirred a revolution from the world of IT to healthcare. Thanks to Tim Berners Lee, a London based physicist from European Laboratory and a computer scientist by profession, the brainchild who created hypertext, a computer language that made it possible for the exchange of interactive text and graphic images. Here is a peek into the journey created by World Wide Web (Internet) in the last two decades and the milestones achieved by them. 1.Initial take off:
The World Wide Web made its sensational debut in the year 1991. In the very year the first browser called Mosaic was introduced. Three years later Microsoft came up with their browser, Internet explorer which soon became a household name. And in 1993 graphical browsers were introduced.
