1. Chandrakanta: Remember that famous title song “ Chandrakanta ki kahani, badi lagati hai suhani, yeh purani ho kar bhi badi lagati hai mastani. Navgadh Vijaygadh mein thi takarar, navgadh ka tha jo Raaj Kumar, Chandrakanta se karta tha pyaar.” This tune is from the famous 1995 serial “Chandrakanta” which was directed by Sunil Agnihotri and produced by Nirja Guleri. The serial was aired in Doordarshan. During that time it gained the maximum popularity by the Indian audience, who had no other options for channels than Doordarshan. This famous title number was sung by Sonu Nigam.
