BEA to leverage Enosys' XML technology

REDWOOD CITY: Enosys Software, an XML- based information integration software provider, Tuesday announced a technology agreement with BEA Systems, Inc., in which BEA can leverage Enosys' software portfolio with current and future BEA WebLogic products.
The agreement can provide Enosys with a significant distribution channel for its extensible mark-up language (XML) and XQuery software, and can provide BEA with leading-edge software technology for the BEA WebLogic Enterprise Platform.
After an evaluation of several technologies, BEA selected Enosys' XML technology for its technical innovation and 100 percent Java support," said Ajay Patel, vice president and general manager, BEA Systems. "BEA plans to integrate Enosys' software into current and future versions of the BEA WebLogic Enterprise Platform."
"Our alliance with BEA is an important endorsement of our leadership position in the XQuery-based enterprise information integration (EII) market," said Dave Banks, CEO of Enosys Software. "We look forward to working together to deliver a new class of enterprise information integration software aimed at real-time enterprises that need to streamline operations or deploy new applications with ease and speed."
