Aptech names Easwaran Krishnan as the Head of HR

Mumbai: Aptech has announced the appointment of Easwaran Krishnan as its new Head of Human Resources (HR). As a new member of Aptech's human resource team, Krishnan will direct the company's human resources functions to ensure that they align with the company's goals and objectives. Krishnan said, "I am delighted to be joining the Aptech team where HR is all about developing talented individuals to deliver great performances. Aptech aims to be an employee of choice and I am excited about the opportunity to guide Aptech's practices at this time. As a team we will undertake a strategy to ensure that Aptech continues to attract and retain the best talent within the education industry." Krishnan is an MBA from Symbiosis and is well-versed in developmental HR and Employee Engagement areas. He brings to Aptech more than 15 years of comprehensive human resources experience in change management, recruitment and retention, succession planning, conflict resolution and labour relations. He has served several companies including Bank Muscat International (Bahrain), Development Credit Bank (Mumbai), Blue Star Infotech (Mumbai), L&T Infotech (Mumbai) and DHL (Mumbai). Before joining Aptech he was serving Barclays Bank PLC based in Mauritius, as the Head – HR for the Retail and Commercial Bank leading 14 HRMs and 1200 Headcount at.
