Prashant Gupta: A computer science graduate from IIT Delhi, Prashant Gupta, is today the President at Chairman's Office, Aditya Birla Group. Prior to this job, he was associated with McKinsey for nearly 12 years. By 2010, while he was looking at his career, he got a call from the Aditya Birla Group to assist in strategic planning in Chairman Kumar Mangalam Birla’s office.  However, Gupta took three month to choose the job. Since then, Gupta and his team advise Kumar Birla on strategic and operational issues. Today, Gupta is experiencing a more balanced lifestyle, finding time for badminton, tennis and, of course, his family.

Arun Iyer: Arun Iyer is National Creative Director with Lowe Lintas & Partners, who administer the creative product along with Amer Jaleel across all 9 offices in India. With over a decade of experience in the field of advertising, his previous job before joining Lowe Lintas was at TBWA where he handled brands like as BPL Mobile, CNBC and Fosters India. It was in the year 2003 when Iyer joined Lowe Lintas. Having created path breaking campaigns on Idea Cellular, Fastrack, Tanishq, Surf Excel and Britannia, he chooses to be with Lowe Lintas because he enjoys and believes in the work done within the agency. Iyer answers to those people who doubt his capability, "I have only one answer to that. Let the work come to the table. Once that happens, everything gets taken care of," reports BT.
