Credit Suisse, a global financial services company headquartered in Zurich, says that the Infosys’ April-June results were good but the company has to mention a good consistency in growth before investors turn conservative on the stock which results in its neutral rating. And the uncertain demand environment in US and European economies can lead to volatility in earnings in the short term.
#1 organisational flux can be a potential issue
According to Credit Suisse, the return of Narayana Murthy may result in some organizational structure changes and may result in change of roles of some key people. “This could create organisational flux which can be a distraction in the near-term,” it said.
