2. General Motors

General Motors Company is an American automobile company that is responsible for producing cars and trucks in 37 different countries, under various name brands like Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, Cadillac, Baojun, Holden, Isuzu, Jie Fang, Opel, Vauxhall, and Wuling. The company is headquartered in Detroit, Michigan.

In the year 2010, the Company came out of its bankruptcy and brought in some changes in its content and structure in the company’s portfolio.GM decided to discontinue some of its brands like Pontiac, Oldsmobile, Saturn and Hummer.

Most of the Americans prefer cars that are manufactured in U.S. people who fall under the age group of 20-45 do not want to have a car manufactured by GM.

A car owner who owned Pontiac which is a car brand under GM said that when he gave his car for service, the dealer argued with him rude and asked him to pay an extra amount on his estimated bill. He also said that, the company’s treatment to their customer is not satisfactory.
