5. Get outside in the sun
Spending too much time in the dark room or in front of the computer screen is likely to cause depression. One should go out in the sun to be happy as vitamin D produced by the sun helps our body produce a chemical that makes us feel joyous and happy. To get enough sun at work, one can opt having lunch outside, take mobile phone calls outside in the sun or walk to work or to the bus stop .One should also be careful about the harmful UV rays as too much of it can damage your skin and cause skin cancer.
