#1 The Battle of the Smartphones

Well, Smartphones are not fighting each other but the manufacturers definitely are – Apple and Samsung? Apple clearly led the race – there was no race until the arrival of Android – for a long time but now the tides are changing. With Steve Jobs death, Apple Inc. seems to be losing its aura – and people are not saying this enough. The Apple Maps which made him roll over in his grave, definitely shows that Apple is still mourning and worst of all the company seems to be unable to contain the green virus that is spreading like a common cold all over the Smartphone market. It looks as if Android is responsible for the dent on the Apple logo.

Samsung has already had the run in with Apple and they have got the limelight they wanted due to the court room upheaval. Apple has always had Microsoft to compete with in the race for the best OS Mac is a sore loser here, the Smartphone and the iPad markets are the only ones which they can still call theirs.

Can Apple, Microsoft and Facebook dazzle us like they once did, if so then what is Google going to do about it?
