Gursimran Mann is Executive Director at Simbhaoli Sugars. Mann is armed with degree in Economics and Political science from Bryn Mawr College, USA and an MBA from London Business School. She connected with Simbhaoli Sugars in 2005 and played a significant role in pioneering international and trading functions at the company.

Gursimran has been also the youngest associate of the Indian Sugar Mills Association (ISMA) and is also active with committees for all the foremost national commodity exchanges like Indian Sugar Export Corporation (ISEC) and the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII).

Since she joined the family business the profits have shown significant improvements. “I have worked my way to the top. I joined the company after college and worked as a trainee in all departments of the company, from factory to farm operations”, said Gursimran.
