Padmasree Warrior is the Chief Technology & Strategy Officer (CTO) of Cisco Systems, and the former CTO of Motorola. Warrior joined Motorola in 1984, as one of only a few women in its Arizona facility. Over the course of her 23 years at the company, she served in a broad range of roles, including Corporate Vice President and General Manager of Motorola’s Energy Systems Group, and Corporate Vice President and Chief Technology Officer in its Semiconductor Products Sector,[3] which later became Freescale Semiconductor.

#10 Prabhakar Raghavan

Position:  Vice President of Engineering at Google. Former Chief Strategy Officer, Executive Vice President Yahoo! Labs.

Prabhakar Raghavan is a Vice President of Engineering at Google. His research spans algorithms, web search and databases. Prior to joining Google, he worked at Yahoo! Labs. Before that, Raghavan worked at IBM Research and later became senior vice president and chief technology officer at enterprise search vendor Verity.
