Cyprus:
Cyprus makes it to the list too. The country’s estimated total number of guns held by civilians is 275,000, while the rate of private gun ownership in Cyprus is 36.4 firearms per 100 people. In the country the manufacture of small arms, ammunition and/or their components is permitted only if the maker holds a valid licence. Further, in Cyprus the number of shotguns in civilian possession is reported to be 104,631, while there are reportedly 30 handguns in civilian possession.

Saudi Arabia:
Saudi Arabia’s estimated total number of guns held by civilians is 6,000,000. The rate of private gun ownership in the country is 35.0 firearms per 100 people. In a classification of the world's small, medium and major firearm manufacturers, Saudi Arabia is classified as 'small'. In 2009, Saudi Arabia refrained from endorsing negotiations towards a legally binding Arms Trade Treaty.
