An American psychologist believes that FAD, or Facebook Addiction Disorder, is a condition that is defined by hours spent on Facebook, so much time in fact that the healthy balance of the individual’s life is affected. If you are a long term Facebook user, than you would have come across a sad-looking blue guy on Facebook's homepage who used to stare you down every time you went to log in.
