The Party central Military Commission is the largest army in the world. In March 2013, it is expected that he will completely rise to power by taking over the Hu Jintao becoming the president and head of the state. His wife, Peng Liyuan, is a superstar folk singer, making them the Chinese power couple.
10 David Cameron
David Cameron is the Prime minister of United Kingdom and the leader of the Conservative Party. He carries a public image of a youthful and moderate candidate and appeals most to the young voters. After the resignation of former Prime Minister Gordon Brown, on his recommendation Queen Elizabeth II asked Cameron to form a government. At 43, Cameron is the youngest British Prime Minister since Lord Liverpool in 1821. After spending two years in the office Cameron is currently facing the concerns with slowed economic and incongruity in his party over Britain’s future.
