4. Pacific Sunwear

Started in 1980 in Newport Beach, Pacific Sunwear offers sunglasses, shoes and swimwear. The company is on the verge of bankruptcy according to GMI ratings. Pacific Sunwear’s stock dropped from $23 five years ago to $1.50 recently. It commented about the loan in its latest 10-Q as: “if we were to experience same-store sales declines similar to those which occurred in fiscal 2010 and 2009, we may be required to access most, if not all, of the New Credit Facility and potentially require other sources of financing to fund our operations, which might not be available.”

5. Suzuki

The car manufacturer, Suzuki, sold 10,695 cars and light trucks in the beginning of this year and one of the reasons behind its dropping sales percentage is the poor reputation of the cars. The brand is left behind by almost every other brand in power-trains, body and materials, and features. Most of its cars and SUVs are sold for less than $20,000 and $25,000 respectively. As per the sales of this year, Suzuki got a market share of just 0.2 percent.
