As of 2012, his total compensation was about $17.68 million which was $1.08 million more than the compensation of CEO of EMC Corporation Joseph Tucci, which was $16.59 million.

Jeffrey Wilke holds a BSE degree, MBA and MS in Chemical Engineering. He joined Amazon.com in 1999 as Vice President and General Manager and from 2007 to 2012, Wilke served as Senior Vice President of North America Retail at Amazon.com. He has been Senior Vice President of Consumer business since 2012. His total compensation of $17.73 million was $16.05 million more than the compensation of the CEO, Jeffrey Bezos which was $1.68 million.
