Since February 2007, Mark Garrett has been associated with Adobe Systems as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.  Prior to Adobe Systems, Garrett worked with EMC Software as senior vice president and chief financial officer. He had a compensation of $12.59 million as of 2012 while the CEO of the company, Shantanu Narayen, earned $12.01 million. A difference of $0.58 million existed between their salaries.

6. Thomas Montag, Co-COO

CEO: Brian Moynihan

Thomas Montag is co-chief operating officer of Bank of America and previously he was the president of Global Banking and Markets at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Montag has around 20 years of experience in financial markets throughout the world. He was also associated with Goldman Sachs for 22 years and was named a partner of Goldman Sachs in 1994 and managing director in 1996. His compensation during 2012 was $14.44 million and that of the CEO, Brian Moynihan, was $8.32 million.
