This scam tries to scare you by convincing that your social network account has been deleted without your consent. The emails, which appear to be coming from legitimate sources like LinkedIn and Facebook will tell you to take appropriate actions either to cancel or restore your account. Both of them request your username and password for the procedures. The reality is you are handling over your credentials to a spammer who is going to steal your valuable information.
