Maruti-Suzuki SX4: Although SX4 had a fair market share in India, it failed to rule the Indian hearts in the sedan segment. Even though the car went though few tweaks and overhauls, it really couldn’t manage to capture a huge market share, which is why, Maruti Suzuki has now planned to get the SX4 with a complete over hall making it
look as contemporary as its biggest rival, the Hyundai Verna. The Suzuki SX4 was first spotted at the Geneva Motor Show in March. And it is supposed to be the first developed and produced car in collaboration with Fiat. The SX4 sedan is set to get larger headlight cluster with daytime LEDs running on it. The SX4 is being offered with one diesel and one petrol engine that spots a turbocharged 1.6-litre unit, which can produces 120bhp and 320Nm of torque with a six-speed manual transmission. It is likely to be priced in the range of 8 lakh to 14 lakh and devised to compete with the likes of Honda City, Hyundai Verna and others in its segment.
